This is volume 3 of the manga, first 2 volumes both got fan translation (available here: https://bato.to/series/42264/papa-s-assasin-ryuunosuke-wa-tonde-yuku) and also got licensed. 

Unfortunately, there has been no update if there will be official translation for volume 3, and since fan translation stopped (due to the license), there's no way to tell if this ever gets translated.
